Here’s a light, creamy Chocolate Chip Vanilla Mousse—no baking, simple ingredients, and very comforting 🍫🍨


🍨 Chocolate Chip Vanilla Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt or ½ cup cream cheese (softened, for richer mousse)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream
    In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix the base
    In another bowl, whisk yogurt (or cream cheese), powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold together
    Gently fold whipped cream into the vanilla mixture until fluffy.
    Be gentle so it stays airy.
  4. Add chocolate chips
    Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to set.
  6. Serve
    Spoon into cups and top with extra chocolate chips if desired.

  • Mini chips work best—they don’t sink
  • For extra vanilla flavor, use vanilla bean paste
  • Serve with berries, cookies, or graham crackers
