🧀🥩 Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (2.5–3 oz) Buddig dried/chipped beef, finely chopped
- 3–4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional coating: extra chopped chipped beef, parsley, or green onions
🥣 Instructions
1. Mix the cheese ball
In a bowl, combine:
- softened cream cheese
- chopped chipped beef
- green onions
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- black pepper
- Worcestershire
If using cheddar, add it now.
Mix with a spatula or mixer until well combined.
2. Shape
Scoop mixture out onto plastic wrap.
Form into a ball (or log) using the wrap to help shape it.
3. Coat (optional but recommended)
Spread chopped chipped beef or parsley on a plate.
Roll the cheese ball in it to coat the outside.
4. Chill
