🍗🧀 Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli

Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli is a delicious twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu—but wrapped in dough like a pizza roll. It’s crispy outside, cheesy inside, and perfect for sharing (or accidentally eating half yourself 😄).


Ingredients

  • 1 tube Pizza Dough
  • 1½ cups cooked Chicken Breast (shredded)
  • 6–8 slices **Ham>
  • 6–8 slices **Swiss Cheese>
  • 2 tbsp **Butter> (melted)
  • 1 tsp **Garlic Powder>
  • Optional: **Dijon Mustard> for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer:
    • sliced ham
    • Swiss cheese
    • shredded chicken breast
  4. Carefully roll the dough into a log (like a jelly roll).
  5. Seal the edges and place seam-side down.
  6. Brush the top with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then slice.

Serving Idea 🍽️

Serve slices with:

  • Honey Mustard
  • Ranch Dressing
