🍗 Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole
This comfort-food casserole is creamy, cheesy, and very easy to make. The biscuit pieces “bubble up” through the sauce while baking—hence the name.
🧾 Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
- 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (9×13 inch).
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix:
- cream of chicken soup
- sour cream
- milk
- garlic powder
- pepper
- Stir in:
- shredded chicken
- vegetables (optional)
- 1 cup of the cheese.
- Add the biscuit pieces and gently toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until biscuits are cooked through and the top is golden.
