Chia seed pudding

Here’s a simple, creamy chia seed pudding recipe you can customize any way you like 🥄


🌿 Basic Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy, almond, coconut, oat, etc.)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in chia seeds well (make sure they don’t clump).
  3. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Stir before serving. If too thick, add a splash of milk.

It should be thick and spoonable—like tapioca pudding.


🍓 Flavor Ideas

Berry:
Add mashed strawberries or blueberries before chilling. Top with fresh fruit.

Chocolate:
Stir in 1 tbsp cocoa powder + extra sweetener.

Peanut Butter:
Mix in 1 tbsp peanut butter and a drizzle of honey.

Coconut Mango:
Use coconut milk and top with diced mango + toasted coconut.


💡 Texture Tips

  • Too thin? Add 1 tsp chia seeds and wait 30 minutes.
  • Too thick? Add more milk and stir.
  • For smoother texture: Blend after it sets.
