Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (cold works best)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- 1 large egg
- 2–3 tbsp flour (or breadcrumbs)

- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
