Ingredients
Dough
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Sauce

- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt

- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Cheese
- 2–2½ cups low-moisture mozzarella, shredded
- Optional: ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
Instructions
- Heat oven
Preheat to 475–500°F (245–260°C).
