🍯🌭 Candied Kielbasa Bites
Sweet, sticky, and slightly smoky, these bite-size sausages are a super popular party appetizer. They’re easy to make and only need a few ingredients.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
- 2 lbs Kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
Optional:
- 1 tbsp honey for extra sweetness
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper for heat
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Arrange sausage
Place sliced kielbasa in a single layer in a baking dish.
3️⃣ Make the glaze
In a bowl mix:
- brown sugar
- ketchup
- mustard
- optional honey or spices
4️⃣ Coat the sausage
Pour the glaze over the kielbasa and toss to coat.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
