Instructions:

  1. Prep the cabbage: Shred the cabbage finely. You can lightly squeeze it to remove excess water, but keep some moisture.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, garlic, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix until you get a slightly sticky batter.
  3. Heat oil: Heat 2–3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
