π«π₯ Butterfinger Balls (No-Bake)
Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

Β½ cup unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups powdered sugar

2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
(about 8 full-size bars or one large baking bag) -
2 cups chocolate melts or chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
Instructions
1. Make the filling

In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.

Mix in the powdered sugar a cup at a time.

Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.

Chill the mixture for 20β30 minutes so it firms up for rolling.
2. Form the balls

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.

Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Freeze for 15β20 minutes to help them hold their shape for dipping.
3. Coat in chocolate

Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil in the microwave (20β30 sec bursts) or in a double boiler.

Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

Place back on the baking sheet.

Optional: sprinkle extra crushed Butterfinger on top before the chocolate sets.
4. Chill
