Butterfinger Balls

Posted on November 21, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a super easy, no-bake Butterfinger Balls recipe — creamy peanut butter centers mixed with crunchy Butterfinger bits and dipped in chocolate. A perfect holiday or anytime treat!

🍫🥜 Butterfinger Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup softened butter (1 stick)

  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

  • 1 ½ cups crushed Butterfinger bars
    (about 6 full-size bars or 12 fun-size)

  • 12 oz chocolate (milk, semisweet, or dark) for dipping

  • Optional topping: extra crushed Butterfinger or a drizzle of white chocolate

Instructions

⭐ 1. Make the filling

  1. In a bowl, beat together:

    • peanut butter

    • softened butter

  2. Mix in powdered sugar until a soft dough forms.

  3. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.

⭐ 2. Shape the balls

  • Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.

  • Place on a parchment-lined tray.

  • Chill 20–30 minutes until firm.

⭐ 3. Dip in chocolate

  1. Melt chocolate in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  2. Dip each chilled ball with a fork and let excess chocolate drip off.

  3. Place back on parchment.

  4. Sprinkle with extra Butterfinger crumbs if desired.

⭐ 4. Chill & serve

  • Refrigerate until chocolate sets (10–15 minutes).

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to a week.

  • Freeze up to 2 months.

Variations

  • Crunchier: Add ½ cup Rice Krispies to the mixture.

  • Extra Butterfinger: Coat the outside with crushed pieces instead of chocolate.

  • White chocolate version: Dip in melted white chocolate.

  • Salted: Add a pinch of sea salt to the filling.
