If you want bread in about 10 minutes, the easiest option is a quick pan bread (no yeast). It’s soft, simple, and cooked on a pan like flatbread. 🍞πŸ”₯

Quick 10-Minute Bread (No Yeast)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp baking powder
  • ~Β½ cup water
  • 1 tsp oil (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients – flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add water slowly and mix until it forms a soft dough.
  3. Knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide into small balls and flatten them.
  5. Cook on a hot pan (no oil or little oil) for about 1–2 minutes each side until golden spots appear.

Optional upgrades

  • Add yogurt instead of some water for softer bread.
  • Add garlic + butter on top after cooking.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds before cooking.
