Here’s a no-bake Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites recipe that’s easy, healthy, and perfect for grab-and-go snacks 🫐💪
🫐 Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites
Ingredients (Makes ~12–14 bites)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla or plain protein powder
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (thick, plain or vanilla)
- ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup dried blueberries (or finely chopped fresh blueberries*)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
*If using fresh blueberries, see tip below.
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients: Stir in yogurt, nut butter, honey, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Adjust texture:
- Too dry? Add 1 tsp yogurt or milk at a time.
- Too sticky? Add 1–2 tbsp oats.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Store in the fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
🍋 Optional Add-Ins
- Lemon zest (brightens the blueberry flavor)
- White chocolate chips
- Shredded coconut
- Collagen powder (swap for part of protein powder)
🫐 If Using Fresh Blueberries
Pat dry and chop very small. Because fresh berries add moisture, reduce yogurt slightly and store bites in the fridge for only 2–3 days.
