Here’s a no-bake Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites recipe that’s easy, healthy, and perfect for grab-and-go snacks 🫐💪


🫐 Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

Ingredients (Makes ~12–14 bites)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla or plain protein powder
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (thick, plain or vanilla)
  • ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup dried blueberries (or finely chopped fresh blueberries*)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

*If using fresh blueberries, see tip below.


Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Stir in yogurt, nut butter, honey, and vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Adjust texture:
    • Too dry? Add 1 tsp yogurt or milk at a time.
    • Too sticky? Add 1–2 tbsp oats.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Store in the fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.


🍋 Optional Add-Ins

  • Lemon zest (brightens the blueberry flavor)
  • White chocolate chips
  • Shredded coconut
  • Collagen powder (swap for part of protein powder)

🫐 If Using Fresh Blueberries

Pat dry and chop very small. Because fresh berries add moisture, reduce yogurt slightly and store bites in the fridge for only 2–3 days.
