Blueberry Yogurt Overnight Oats

Here’s a simple, creamy Blueberry Yogurt Overnight Oats recipe—perfect for make-ahead breakfasts 🫐🥣

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix
    In a jar or bowl, stir together oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

  2. Add blueberries
    Gently fold in the blueberries (or layer them on top).

  3. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  4. Serve
    Stir in the morning and enjoy cold, or warm slightly if you prefer.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Extra protein: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed

  • More flavor: lemon zest or cinnamon

  • Crunch: sliced almonds, walnuts, or granola

  • Creamier texture: add a splash more milk in the morning
