Blueberry Pie Bombs

Here’s a simple, teen-friendly recipe for Blueberry Pie Bombs 🍇🥧
They’re bite-sized, sweet, and great for baking with family.


Blueberry Pie Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • ½ cup blueberry pie filling
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar or vanilla glaze (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten the dough
    Separate biscuits and gently flatten each one into a small circle.
  3. Add filling
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center. Don’t overfill.
  4. Seal the bomb
    Pull the edges up and pinch tightly to seal. Roll into a ball and place seam-side down.
  5. Butter & sprinkle
    Brush tops with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Finish
    Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze if you like.

Optional Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
    Mix until smooth and drizzle over warm bombs.
