Here’s a simple, teen-friendly recipe for Blueberry Pie Bombs 🍇🥧
They’re bite-sized, sweet, and great for baking with family.
Blueberry Pie Bombs

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten the dough
Separate biscuits and gently flatten each one into a small circle. - Add filling
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center. Don’t overfill. - Seal the bomb
Pull the edges up and pinch tightly to seal. Roll into a ball and place seam-side down. - Butter & sprinkle
Brush tops with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. - Finish
Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze if you like.
Optional Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth and drizzle over warm bombs.
If you want, I can also give:
- An air fryer version
- A no-glaze, less-sweet version
- Or ideas for other pie bomb flavors (apple, cherry, chocolate) 😄
