Big Mac Wraps

Ohhh yes 😏🌯 Big Mac Wraps = fast-food nostalgia without the drive-thru. Crispy beef, melty cheese, that sauce.


🌯 Big Mac Wraps (Quick & Easy)

Ingredients (2–3 wraps)

Special Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1½ tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Wraps

  • 2–3 large flour tortillas
  • 450 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Optional: diced onion, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce
    • Mix all sauce ingredients. Chill if you have time (flavor boost).
  2. Cook the beef
    • Brown ground beef in a skillet.
    • Season with salt & pepper.
    • Break it up small—Big Mac style.
  3. Assemble
    • Warm tortillas.
    • Spread sauce down the center.
    • Add beef → cheese → lettuce → pickles → onions.
  4. Wrap & toast (important 😮‍💨)
    • Fold into burrito-style wraps.
    • Toast in a dry pan or air fryer at 190°C / 375°F for 3–4 min, flipping once, until golden.
  5. Serve
    • Slice in half.
    • Extra sauce for dipping = non-negotiable.

🔥 Variations

  • Smash wrap: cook beef directly on the tortilla like a smash burger
  • Low-carb: use lettuce wraps
  • Spicy: add jalapeños or hot sauce
  • Meal prep: wraps keep well wrapped in foil, reheat in air fryer
