Ingredients (2–3 wraps)

- ½ tsp onion powder
Wraps
- 2–3 large flour tortillas
- 450 g (1 lb) ground beef
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Dill pickle slices
- Optional: diced onion, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Make the sauce
- Mix all sauce ingredients. Chill if you have time (flavor boost).
- Cook the beef
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Break it up small—Big Mac style.
- Assemble
- Warm tortillas.
- Spread sauce down the center.
- Add beef → cheese → lettuce → pickles → onions.
- Wrap & toast (important 😮💨)
- Fold into burrito-style wraps.
- Toast in a dry pan or air fryer at 190°C / 375°F for 3–4 min, flipping once, until golden.
- Serve
