Apple Pie Biscuits

🍎🥐 Apple Pie Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8-count, quartered)
  • 1 can apple pie filling (21 oz / 595 g), chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • Optional glaze:
    • ½ cup powdered sugar
    • 1–2 tbsp milk
    • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix filling
    In a bowl, combine chopped apple pie filling, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter.
  3. Add biscuits
    Gently fold biscuit pieces into the apple mixture until coated.
  4. Bake
    Spread evenly in the baking dish.
    Bake 35–40 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  5. Optional glaze
    Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
