Air Fryer Pull-Apart Cheese Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 round sourdough or crusty loaf (unsliced)
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1½–2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
- Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prep the bread
Cut the loaf in a crisscross pattern (don’t cut all the way through—leave the bottom intact). - Make garlic butter
Mix butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and seasonings. - Stuff it
- Spread garlic butter deep into all the cuts
- Stuff cheese into every crack (be generous)
- Air fry
- Wrap loosely in foil
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes
- Unwrap foil and air fry 3–5 more minutes until golden and bubbly
- Serve hot
