Air Fryer Pull-Apart Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 round sourdough or crusty loaf (unsliced)
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1½–2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
  • Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the bread
    Cut the loaf in a crisscross pattern (don’t cut all the way through—leave the bottom intact).
  2. Make garlic butter
    Mix butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and seasonings.
  3. Stuff it
    • Spread garlic butter deep into all the cuts
    • Stuff cheese into every crack (be generous)
  4. Air fry
    • Wrap loosely in foil
    • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes
    • Unwrap foil and air fry 3–5 more minutes until golden and bubbly
  5. Serve hot
    Pull apart and watch it disappear 😄

  • 🧀 Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt
  • 🔥 Foil first = melty, no burning
  • 🌿 Finish with extra parsley or Parmesan
  • 🧄 Love garlic? Add roasted garlic to the butter
