Here’s an easy, crispy air fryer potato slices recipe 🥔✨
Air Fryer Potato Slices
Ingredients
- 2–3 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold work well)
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and slice into rounds about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick.
(Peel if you prefer, but skins get crispy!) - Soak slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes (optional but helps crispiness).
- Drain and dry very well with a towel.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F.
- Air fry in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup, yogurt dip, or ranch-style sauce.
Tips
- Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed.
- Thinner slices = crispier chips, thicker slices = soft centers.
- Add grated cheese in the last 2 minutes for cheesy slices 🧀
