Air Fryer Pickles

Here’s an easy, crispy Air Fryer Pickles recipe 🌟
Perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Dill pickle chips or spears (patted very dry)
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1–2 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
  • Optional: grated parmesan
  • Optional spices: garlic powder, paprika, pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Set up breading station:
    • Bowl 1: flour
    • Bowl 2: beaten eggs
    • Bowl 3: breadcrumbs + spices (+ parmesan if using)
  3. Bread the pickles:
    • Dip in flour → egg → breadcrumbs
    • Press crumbs on so they stick well.
  4. Arrange in air fryer:
    • Single layer, don’t overcrowd.
    • Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot!

Dipping Sauce Ideas

  • Ranch
  • Spicy mayo
  • Honey mustard
  • Ketchup + hot sauce mix

Tips:

  • Dry pickles really well or they won’t get crispy.
  • Chips cook faster than spears.
  • For extra crunch, spray lightly after flipping.
