🥜 Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • 1½–2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate
    • Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time
    • Or melt gently using a double boiler
  2. Mix
    • Stir peanuts into the melted chocolate until fully coated
  3. Form clusters
    • Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray
  4. Set
    • Let them cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes

💡 Tips

  • Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted peanuts
  • Mix in extras like raisins or crushed pretzels for texture
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week
