  • 4–6 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth or stock
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional: sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, or potatoes
