Ingredients
- 1½–2 lbs smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), sliced into rounds
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes (or Yukon gold), halved

- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, but great flavor)

Instructions

Place potatoes and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add sausage on top. Scatter cabbage over everything. - Season & add liquid
