Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats

- ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ⅓ cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the pan
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips.
- Heat the binding mixture
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Combine everything

- Press into pan
