Here’s a super easy way to make crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices—golden outside, fluffy inside 🥔✨


🥔 Air Fryer Potato Slices

Ingredients

  • 2–3 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional toppings: Parmesan, herbs, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep potatoes
    Wash potatoes and slice into ¼-inch rounds.
    (Optional: soak in cold water 20 minutes for extra crisp, then pat dry.)
  2. Season
    Toss slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Air fry
    • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C)
    • Arrange potatoes in a single layer
    • Cook 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
  4. Finish & serve
    Sprinkle with Parmesan or herbs if desired. Serve hot.

  • Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed
  • Thinner slices = crispier chips
  • Add cheese in the last 2 minutes so it melts, not burns
