Here’s an easy, crispy air fryer potato slices recipe 🥔✨

Air Fryer Potato Slices

Ingredients

  • 2–3 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold work well)
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and slice into rounds about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick.
    (Peel if you prefer, but skins get crispy!)
  2. Soak slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes (optional but helps crispiness).
  3. Drain and dry very well with a towel.
  4. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F.
  6. Air fry in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup, yogurt dip, or ranch-style sauce.

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed.
  • Thinner slices = crispier chips, thicker slices = soft centers.
  • Add grated cheese in the last 2 minutes for cheesy slices 🧀
