Easy Chicken Alfredo (Serves 2–3)
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to the package. Drain and set aside. -
Cook chicken
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil/butter in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. -
Make the sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and cook for ~30 seconds (don’t burn it).
Pour in the cream and let it gently simmer for 3–5 minutes. -
Add cheese
Stir in Parmesan until the sauce thickens. Lower the heat. -
Combine
Add pasta and chicken back into the pan. Toss until everything is coated in sauce.

Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning. Top with extra Parmesan if you like.
