Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tsp sweetener of choice (like stevia, monk fruit, or honey — optional)

Optional add-ins:

  • Cocoa powder for chocolate flavor
  • Fresh berries or frozen fruit
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Freeze the bananas

  • Peel and slice bananas.
  • Freeze at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.

2. Blend

  • In a blender or food processor, combine:
    • frozen banana slices
    • Greek yogurt
    • vanilla extract
    • sweetener (if using)
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

3. Optional flavor variations

  • Chocolate: Add 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Berry: Add ½ cup frozen berries
  • Peanut butter: Add 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

4. Serve

  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve style.
  • For a firmer ice cream, freeze for 1–2 hours in a container, then scoop.
