Here’s a popular 4-Ingredient Weight Watchers Ice Cream—creamy, sweet, and low-point friendly 🍦

4-Ingredient WW Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 (1 oz) box sugar-free instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2–4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk), as needed

Instructions

  1. Freeze bananas
    Slice bananas and freeze until solid (at least 2–3 hours).
  2. Blend
    Add frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, pudding mix, and 2 tbsp milk to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  3. Process
    Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides. Add more milk 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
  4. Serve
    Enjoy immediately like soft-serve, or freeze 30–60 minutes for firmer scoops.

Flavor ideas (still low points)

  • Chocolate: Chocolate pudding mix
  • Strawberry: Add ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • Peanut butter: Add 1 tbsp PB2 powder
  • Mint: A drop of peppermint extract + chocolate pudding
