Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 (1 oz) box sugar-free instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2–4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk), as needed
Instructions
- Freeze bananas
Slice bananas and freeze until solid (at least 2–3 hours). - Blend
Add frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, pudding mix, and 2 tbsp milk to a food processor or high-speed blender. - Process
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides. Add more milk 1 tbsp at a time if needed. - Serve
