Here’s a simple 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Stuffing Crust recipe—super easy and comforting.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 (6 oz / 170 g) box of stuffing mix (any flavor you like)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare slow cooker: Spray the inside lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Mix stuffing: In a small bowl, combine the stuffing mix with water until slightly moistened (it should be crumbly but hold together a bit).
  3. Layer: Place pork chops in the slow cooker. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the pork chops. Top with the stuffing mixture, pressing lightly to form a crust.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until pork is tender and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve: Spoon the pork chops and stuffing onto plates. Optional: drizzle some of the cooking liquid over the top for extra flavor.

  • Juicier pork chops: Use bone-in chops if possible.
  • Flavor variations: Mix in a bit of garlic powder, onion powder, or dried herbs into the stuffing for extra flavor.
