Easy Everything Bagel Bits (Oven or Air Fryer)
Ingredients
- 2 plain bagels (day-old is perfect)
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2–3 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning (to taste)
Method
1. Chop
- Cut bagels into tiny cubes (pea–bean size = max crunch).
2. Toss
- Mix bagel cubes with oil/butter.
- Sprinkle seasoning evenly and toss again.
Air Fryer (fast & elite)
- 160°C / 325°F
- 6–8 minutes, shaking every 2 minutes
- Done when deeply golden and crunchy
Oven (big batch)
- 165°C / 330°F
- Spread on tray, single layer
- 12–15 minutes, stirring once
Cool + Store
- Let cool completely → they crisp up more
- Store airtight up to 1 week (if they last)
