🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450 g) kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for tang)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 small onion, sliced, and 1 bell pepper, sliced

  2. Cook the kielbasa
