Baked garlic parmesan chicken cutlets

Oooh yes—crispy vibes without frying. These are garlicky, cheesy, and weeknight-easy.

🍗 Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets (thin-sliced breasts)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (the real stuff melts better)
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Optional: Italian seasoning or dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt & pepper.
  3. In one bowl: beat the eggs.
    In another bowl: mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and any herbs.
  4. Dip each cutlet in egg, then press into the Parmesan breadcrumb mix (really pack it on).
  5. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle or brush lightly with olive oil/butter for extra crisp.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F).
    Optional power move: broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crunch.

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon
  • Sprinkle of parsley
  • Extra grated Parm because… obviously

  • Roasted broccoli or green beans
  • Garlic mashed potatoes
  • Over pasta with a little marinara or Alfredo
