Baked cauliflower

Here’s a simple, delicious baked cauliflower recipe—crispy edges, tender inside, and customizable with your favorite seasonings.


🥦✨ Easy Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)


Instructions

1. Prep the cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-size florets.

  3. Rinse and pat dry very well (dry florets = better browning).

2. Season

  1. Place florets in a bowl or on a baking sheet.

  2. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices until evenly coated.

3. Bake

  1. Spread cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. Bake 25–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until:

    • edges are golden and crisp

    • centers are tender

4. Serve

  • Enjoy as a side dish, snack, or add to bowls, salads, or pasta.


⭐ Tips for Better Roasting

  • Use high heat (425°F+) for caramelization.

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—crowding = steaming.

  • Add Parmesan in the last 5 minutes for a cheesy crust.
