🥦✨ Easy Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower

2–3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika (optional)
-
½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the cauliflower

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut cauliflower into bite-size florets.
-
Rinse and pat dry very well (dry florets = better browning).
2. Season
-
Place florets in a bowl or on a baking sheet.

Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices until evenly coated.
3. Bake

Spread cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake 25–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until:

edges are golden and crisp

centers are tender

4. Serve

Enjoy as a side dish, snack, or add to bowls, salads, or pasta.

Use high heat (425°F+) for caramelization.

Don’t overcrowd the pan—crowding = steaming.
