Here’s a quick, flavorful recipe for Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps — melty, garlicky, and perfect for lunch or an easy dinner!


🧀 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional add-ins: spinach, tomatoes, red onion, bacon bits, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Make the garlic sauce
    • Melt butter in a pan on medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and cook 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
    • Stir in cream cheese (if using) until it melts into a creamy sauce.
    • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken
    • Stir in the shredded chicken and coat fully in the garlic sauce.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes to warm through.
    • Remove from heat and mix in parsley.
  3. Assemble the wraps
    • Lay out each tortilla.
    • Add a scoop of the garlic chicken.
    • Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
    • Add any optional veggies or toppings you like.
  4. Grill the wraps
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Place each wrap seam-side down.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve
    • Slice in half and enjoy warm!

Variations

  • Spicy version: Add sriracha, chili flakes, or pepper jack cheese.
  • Healthy version: Use whole-wheat wraps and add spinach or kale.
  • BBQ twist: Replace half the garlic sauce with BBQ sauce.
