Apple Pie Bread is a soft, sweet loaf that tastes like classic Apple pie in a sliceable bread form—warm spices, tender apples, and a cozy cinnamon flavor.


🍎 What it is

A moist quick bread packed with chopped apples, cinnamon, and often a swirl or topping that mimics pie filling.


🍳 Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter (melted) or oil
  • ¾ cup sugar (brown or white)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups diced apples (fresh)
