🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice (for a slight tang)

1. Season the pork

Pat pork chops dry, then season with salt and pepper.


2. Sear the chops

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  • Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown
  • Remove and set aside

3. Make the sauce

  • In the same pan, lower heat

4. Combine & cook

  • Return pork chops to the pan

  • Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies
