Ingredients (serves 6–8)

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen Raspberries
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on tartness of berries)
  • Fresh raspberries or mint for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pudding

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk.
