Ingredients (makes 8–10 rolls)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (or 1 tsp yeast if making yeast rolls)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or herbs

Instructions (Quick No-Yeast Version)

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add melted butter and milk; mix into a soft dough.
