Here’s a simple, comforting way to make ham and cheese biscuits—fluffy, savory, and perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.


🧀 Ham & Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cold butter (cubed)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks like crumbs.
  4. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in ham and cheese.
  6. Turn dough onto a floured surface, gently knead a few times.
  7. Roll out (about 2 cm thick) and cut into rounds.
  8. Place on a baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Optional touches:

  • Brush tops with butter for extra flavor
  • Add a pinch of black pepper or garlic powder
  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack

They come out warm, cheesy, and slightly crisp on the outside—great on their own or with a bit of honey or mustard.
