🍨 Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream

Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream is a creamy vanilla ice cream with beautiful ribbons of sweet-tart raspberry sauce running through it. It’s refreshing, fruity, and perfect for summer.


🧾 Ingredients

For the raspberry swirl

  • 1½ cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Âź cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the ice cream base

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🍓 Instructions

1. Make the raspberry sauce
In a small saucepan combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until the berries break down and the sauce thickens. Let it cool.

2. Prepare the ice cream base
Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.

3. Combine
Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.

4. Add the swirl
Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a container. Spoon some raspberry sauce over it. Add the remaining ice cream mixture and swirl the rest of the sauce with a knife.

5. Freeze
Freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.


⭐ Tips

  • Strain the raspberry sauce to remove seeds if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Add crushed graham crackers or white chocolate chunks for extra flavor.
  • Serve with fresh raspberries on top.
