🍰 No-Bake Cheesecake Dessert

A No-Bake Cheesecake is creamy, indulgent, and much easier to make than traditional baked cheesecake. It’s perfect for a quick dessert or when you want something impressive without heating up the oven.


Ingredients (for a simple version)

  • 1½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 6 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 16 oz (450g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream, whipped
  • Optional toppings: Strawberries, Blueberries, chocolate shavings, caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Make the crust:
    • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    • Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan or dessert dish.
    • Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the filling:
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Fold in whipped heavy cream gently until fully combined.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake:
    • Pour the filling over the chilled crust.
    • Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to firm up.
  5. Add toppings and serve:
    • Garnish with fresh fruit, chocolate, caramel, or any topping you like.
    • Slice and enjoy creamy, dreamy cheesecake without baking! 🍓🍫

For a mini or individual version, use small cups or ramekins and layer fruit between crust and filling for a parfait-style dessert.
