Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp salt

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Set to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the base
    • In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the casserole
    • Spread half of the pasta mixture in the baking dish.
    • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
    • Add the remaining pasta mixture and top with the rest of the cheese.
    • Optional: sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
  4. Bake
    • Cover with foil and bake 20–25 minutes.
    • Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish and serve
    • Let it cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley.
