🍗🍄 Creamy Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is a classic Italian-American dish made with tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich mushroom and wine sauce using Marsala wine. This creamy version adds a silky finish that’s perfect over pasta or mashed potatoes.

- 2 large Chicken breast, sliced or pounded thin
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms

- ¾ cup Marsala wine

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with flour if desired.
2️⃣ Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the mushrooms
Add remaining butter and sauté mushrooms for 5 minutes until browned.
4️⃣ Add garlic and wine
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in Marsala wine and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5️⃣ Make the creamy sauce
Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.
6️⃣ Return the chicken
Place chicken back in the pan and cook 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and coated in sauce.
7️⃣ Finish and serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
