    Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Bake
    Pour mixture into a baking dish.
    Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Optional cheesy finish
    Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
