🍍 Cool Whip Pineapple Fluff
A classic no-bake dessert salad that’s light, creamy, and perfect for potlucks, holidays, or summer BBQs.
🥣 Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1–2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

- Mix pineapple & pudding:
In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with juice) and dry pudding mix until fully combined. It will thicken as it sits. - Fold in Cool Whip:
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy. - Add mix-ins:
Stir in marshmallows, coconut, and nuts if using. - Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend and mixture firm up. - Serve cold and enjoy!

- Mandarins (drained)
- Maraschino cherries (halved & drained)
- Cottage cheese (for a slightly tangier version)
