🍁 Maple Mustard Oven-Baked Pork Tenderloin

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1–1½ lbs pork tenderloin (trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking dish or sheet with foil or parchment.

2️⃣ Make the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.

3️⃣ Coat the Pork

  • Pat pork dry.
  • Place in baking dish and brush generously with the maple mustard mixture.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Spoon pan juices over the pork halfway through cooking.
