Here’s a simple and comforting recipe for 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Patties — perfect for busy days (and great for meal prep).


🥩 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Patties

Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lbs ground beef

  • 1 packet onion soup mix

  • 1 packet brown gravy mix

  • 1 cup water


Instructions

  1. Mix the Beef

    • In a large bowl, combine ground beef and onion soup mix.

    • Mix gently (don’t overwork the meat).

    • Form into 4–6 oval patties.

  2. Layer in Slow Cooker

    • Place patties in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer if possible.

  3. Make the Gravy

    • In a small bowl, whisk brown gravy mix with 1 cup water.

    • Pour evenly over the patties.

  4. Cook

    • Cover and cook:

      • Low: 4–6 hours

      • High: 2–3 hours

    • Patties should be cooked through and tender.


🍽️ Serving Ideas

Serve over:

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Egg noodles

  • Rice

Spoon extra gravy over the top for maximum comfort!
