Crispy Cheesecake Wonton Cups 🧁✨

Golden, crunchy wonton shells filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with sweet goodness — these are dangerously easy and perfect for parties.


Ingredients

For the Cups

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Toppings (choose your favorite)

  • Cherry pie filling
  • Strawberry topping
  • Fresh berries
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Form the cups
    Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, gently shaping to fit.
  3. Make filling
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  4. Fill
    Spoon cheesecake mixture into each wonton cup (about ¾ full).
  5. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
  6. Cool completely
    They’ll firm up as they cool.
  7. Top & serve
    Add pie filling, fruit, or drizzle of chocolate.

Tips for Extra Crispiness 🔥

  • Spray wonton edges lightly with cooking spray before baking
  • Let cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack
