Weight Watchers-Friendly Chocolate Mousse 🍫✨

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar or sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
